Yes. Due to our precision pin fit and material hardness, our rollers allow your clutch to sense very small changes in clutch system load. This keeps the belt tensioned properly which reduces belt temperature, extending belt life.

Yes, particularly if your machine was clutched very close to your engines peak torque. The smooth action of our rollers will allow a quicker upshift (RPM drops) and a quicker backshift (faster RPM recovery). The combination provides very stable RPM when traction conditions change rapidly.

-Every roller we sell is made and inspected by a family member at our facilities in Canada and the USA. We have a personal stake in your experience with us.

-As a family we have been testing our product every season since 2002 in the mountain ranges of the Interior of British Columbia. We expect a lot from our product and know that you do too.

-Hi-Torque Rollers were designed by us as a tuning component capable of squeezing every last drop of performance out of a clutching system. 

-Our roller bore to pin fit tolerance is kept to the minimum needed, which is a major factor in shift performance. We are not aware of a better shifting roller on the market.

– When considering the number of sets sold per season and the average distance those sets travel per sled, we receive 1 warranty request per 1,000,000 km or 620,000 mi….We are working diligently with our design to reduce that.

– If you have any questions relating to the use of our product we will do our best to answer them or find someone who can, as we have long standing relationships with top notch clutch tuners.
