Warranty and Return Policy

Hi-Torque secondary clutch rollers are warrantied against breakage to the original owner for a period of 1 year from the purchase date, with proof of purchase. If our rollers break in service for any reason, we will replace them, provided they have been used with a full roller contact, stock style helix. In order to help us determine the cause of breakage, broken rollers must be returned for replacement (we pay shipping both ways). We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the make and model of your machine and share your riding style with us, in order to help us with research and development of future products.

If you are unable to provide us with the broken rollers, please contact us to discuss and we will do our best to work with you. Outside of the 1 year period, if you do not feel that Hi-Torque Rollers have provided you with a reasonable amount of service, please contact us and we will do our best to address your concerns.

If Hi-Torque Rollers makes a mistake in filling your order, we will cover shipping costs to remedy the error.
