Terms and Conditions

In consideration of the purchase and sale, I, the purchaser, hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless and release Hi-Torque Rollers LLP, its Directors, partners, administrators, employees, agents, suppliers, insurers, and officers from any and all manner of action, cause and cause of action, suits, debts, costs, claims and demands of every kind and nature which I, my executors, administrators, guests and assigns shall have or may have for any reason and in particular, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, all manner of actions, claims and demands whatsoever including personal injury and/or property damage arising out of the manufacture and supply of mechanical equipment and parts purchased from Hi-Torque Rollers LLP.

I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with the use and operation of snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles, including ATV’s, side by sides (UTV’S) and motorcycles, and I also understand and acknowledge that the failure of a secondary clutch roller could increase the risk of personal injury and/or property damage and that a broken roller may become a risk and hazard in and of itself. I knowingly assume all of the potential injury and damages associated with these risks, both known and unknown. 

I hereby represent and warrant that I have read this Release and Waiver, that I am of the full age of eighteen years and I am under no disability that would render me unable to sign, and be fully bound by the provisions of this Release and Waiver. 

The terms and conditions of manufacture, supply, sale and this Release and Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.

I agree to save harmless and/or to reimburse Hi-Torque Rollers LLP for any costs and expense incurred in defending any action that I, or any person claiming through me, may bring against Hi-Torque Rollers LLP, its directors, partners, officers, insurers, or employees. 

I understand that each order is insured for up to $100 in value, and I agree to contact the company prior to placing an order if I require additional shipping insurance.
